Financial software is one of the things we engineer — not a business we operate. We design and build portals, ledgers, admin consoles, and integrations for licensed institutions. You hold the licences, aggregator, and bank relationships. Laraware writes the software.
What you can launch
- AEPS platforms — agent networks, biometric authentication flows, settlement, and commission engines
- BBPS platforms — bill payments with agent onboarding and category management
- Domestic money transfer (DMT) — beneficiary management, limits, and instant transfer flows
- Payout and API banking — bulk disbursals, vendor payments, and developer-friendly APIs
- Recharge platforms — mobile, DTH, and utility recharge with margin management
- NBFC, Nidhi, and lending software — onboarding, ledgers, EMI engines, and collections
Software we write — activity you run
We can engineer velocity rules, device signals, audit trails, and review queues into the software. Those are product features your licensed entity operates. Laraware does not process transactions, settle funds, or perform regulatory compliance on your behalf.
Custom or modular
Start from proven modules, or commission custom modules on the same architecture. Either way, source code and IP transfer to you — your platform is never held hostage to our invoices.
Where our responsibility ends — and yours begins
We build to RBI- and NPCI-aligned patterns and work alongside your compliance advisors. The software is our responsibility; your licenses, bank tie-ups, and regulatory approvals remain yours. We'll always be straight with you about which is which — in fintech, vague promises are the most expensive thing you can buy.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, immutable audit logs, and VAPT-ready builds. Our security posture was shaped by banking clients — everyone else inherits it for free.
FAQ
How fast can I launch?
White-label deployments typically go live in weeks, not months. Custom modules follow our standard 2-week sprint cadence, with a fixed plan agreed upfront.
Do I need my own bank tie-ups and licenses?
For most models, yes — and we'll tell you plainly what your model requires before you spend money on software. We build the platform; the regulatory relationships are yours.
White-label or custom — which should I pick?
White-label if speed to market matters most; custom if your model differs from the standard rails. Many clients start white-label and commission custom modules once revenue is flowing.
Will it scale?
The stack is built API-first on architecture already serving production volume. Scaling is a capacity plan, not a rewrite.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repositories, documentation, and infrastructure credentials are handed over as deliverables, not held as leverage.
